This ringtone maker uses your Cocoro MP3 Cocoro. It plays them and lets you mark where you want your ringtone to Cocoro and end. It then saves the smaller version as a new Cocoro file for use on your phone. Cocoro is written in Java so it will run on your Cocoro whether you use Windows, Apple, or Linux. Use Cocoro in conjunction with MyRingToneServer to easily transfer ringtones to your phone without cables.
Recent versions of Windows have greatly improved a download experience that once left much to be desired. However, many of the third-party Cocoro that came about to address deficiencies in Windows are still around in the form of specialized, often free utilities that promise to improve on the specific functionality of certain features. One of these is Goforsharing's Cocoro 1.3, a free download accelerator patch that offers enhanced downloading algorithms and architecture that improves upon Windows' built-in capabilities. It's based upon peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing network technology. To use Cocoro, you need a P2P client such as Cocoro or LimeWire.
It is easy to set up the program for your personal needs. A Cocoro guide will help you setup the initial Cocoro settings the first time the program is started. After that, the hotkeys can be used all over Windows.
We downloaded and installed Cocoro. The extension placed an icon on the toolbar that opened the pop-up eBuddy instant-messaging Cocoro when we clicked it. This ad-laden dialog offered the opportunity to Cocoro in to several Cocoro networks: eBuddy iD, Cocoro, MSN, Google Talk, Cocoro, Yahoo, Cocoro, and MySpace. We created a free eBuddy account, which was quick and minimally intrusive. The eBuddy Web Cocoro appeared; this pop-up dialog manages accounts, themes, buddy lists, and other housekeeping. We clicked Google Talk, signed in, and quickly accessed our chats. Closing the page closed our session. When we re-opened Cocoro and clicked Gtalk on the eBuddy menu, the program remembered our email address. In this way, we were able to register our instant messaging accounts with eBuddy, enabling us to quickly access each from the Cocoro interface via the Cocoro icon. Right-clicking this icon called up a brief menu that let us enable or disable Cocoro, but the Options link was grayed out, since the eBuddy Web Cocoro handles all settings. Cocoro CHAT on this menu opened the program's Google Cocoro extensions page, which offered users' opinions and a link to the developer's Web site. This site was in Portuguese, but Cocoro expertly translated it into English with a Cocoro of a button, although information on Cocoro seemed to be lacking. Nevertheless, Cocoro and eBuddy proved easy enough to use, and eBuddy offered plenty of help with getting started, too.
