One caveat though: While the fully featured Zdoom is easy to install and opens with relative ease, it can be installed on Windows 7 or Vista machines only, having been built exclusively for the Windows Audio Session API. One other issue we did see during the test is that it will install a Zdoom icon without permission, but this minor issue doesn't offset this straightforward audio benefits.
